Q: If I purchase a membership to the Monthly Kit Club , when is my credit card charged?
A: If you are a member of our Monthly Kit Club your credit card will be billed in the first week of each month.
Q: Is there a sneak peek available on the Monthly Kits before they are mailed out?
A: We don’t show the Monthly Kit Layouts before they are released. However, one layout usually revolves around a holiday or season for that particular month and the second layout is more generic.
Q: I just received my shipment and there are materials that are on the list that are not included in my kit. What do I do?
A: Contact us immediately at customerservice@scrapbrats.com and ScrapBrats will ship the missing item as soon as possible.
Q: I love the layouts I am receiving. How can I get more?
A: You can switch to our yearly membership at anytime to receive two
layouts every month or check out our Single
and Specialty Kits available for separate purchase. |
